This article will show Admin how to un-suspend a suspended user via the 'Browse and Update Users' Page.
- From your Tenancy Homepage, click on Admin > User Management > Browse and Update Users.
- From this page, toggle 'Show Suspended users'.
- From here, scroll the table to the right and locate the 'Lock' button under 'Suspended'. Click on this to unlock/ unsuspend them.
You have successfully unsuspended a user!
