Due to Microsoft Azure East DNS services being down, some government services (such as Learnhub) that the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations manages are experiencing issues. We understand how crucial our services are to your employees, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
We are diligently working with the Department and Microsoft to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore normal service.
DNS is used to direct traffic when a user goes to a website. While this service is out, users will be unable to reach Learnhub. The service is still running in the background, users are simply unable to access at present. As this issue is not within our environment there is no risk to any user data, completion records or in system issues.
